Grape Chiller is committed to delivering your wine coolers and barware safely and efficiently.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.
Shipping Region
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes for wine cooler products due to carrier restrictions on large appliances.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- Barware & Accessories: 3–5 business days via ground shipping
- Wine Coolers (under 50 lbs): 3–7 business days via ground shipping
- Large Wine Coolers & Appliances: 5–10 business days via freight carrier
Freight Delivery
Larger wine coolers may ship via freight and require a signature upon delivery. Freight deliveries are typically curbside. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you need white-glove delivery (room of choice), contact us before ordering for a quote.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@grapechiller.com with photos of the damage.
Tax-Free
All orders are tax-free. No sales tax is charged on any purchase.
